Delivery in Ukraine

 Delivery in Ukraine is carried out by the courier service Nova Poshta. The delivery cost is not included in the price of the goods and is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta in the currency of Hryvnia.

 Delivery time is 1-3 days.

 After sending the order, you will receive a message with a tracking number for tracking.

International delivery

 FedEx and UPS courier services carry out international delivery to all countries except Russia, Belarus, and countries that support Russian aggression against Ukraine.

 After sending your order, you will receive a message with a tracking number.

 Delivery time is 7-14 days.

 During public holidays and other holidays, the number of shipments increases the load on logistics services. Accordingly, the delivery time of orders may be longer, depending on the destination country.

 The international shipping cost is calculated when placing an order and is included in the total price in euros.

 The cost of international delivery includes logistics services within the territory of Ukraine, logistics services outside the part of Ukraine, additional fees, and customs duties applicable to the shipment of an international order from the territory of Ukraine.

 Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

 Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs before buying.

 These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up—do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.

 We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"—international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

 Due to the ongoing military operations on the territory of Ukraine, international shipments are tracked by the specified tracking number only when they have left the part of Ukraine. Usually, the period from the moment of sending the order to the appearance of movement on the tracking number can be 2 to 4 days. It would be best if you did not worry about it. PAYMENT

  •  Payment for the goods to the current account is only for shipments within the territory of Ukraine.

 Payment for the goods to the current account is made to the existing bank account in Hryvnia currency before sending the goods. 

 The manager will send payment details to the phone number or email you specified when placing your order after the manager processes your order.

 After payment, you need to send a check or a payment screen to the manager who serves you to confirm the sending of funds.

 

  •  Payment for the goods upon receipt is only for shipments within the territory of Ukraine.

 Payment for the goods upon receipt on the territory of Ukraine is made in the currency of Hryvnia at a Nova Poshta branch. 

 

 Please note! 

 The Cash on Delivery service at Nova Poshta costs 2% of the goods and an additional UAH 20.

 That is, when you receive the goods at Nova Poshta, you pay the cost of delivery + the fee of the Cash on Delivery service.

 We do not accept payment or prepayment for goods to an individual's card. 

 We do not accept payment for goods in cash.

 

  •  Payment for goods on the website is only for international shipments.

 Upon successful ordering, payment for the goods on the website is made through the PayPal button. Online payment takes place on a page protected by security certificates. After the funds have been credited, the manager will contact you via the email address you provided when placing the order to confirm receipt of the funds for the goods.

Payment errors

There are several reasons why a payment might not go through. The first and most common is that the card data must be entered correctly. Try to repeat the operation. If the payment fails again, please get in touch with your bank. The card may need more funds, is not intended for online payments, or is limited to transactions by the bank's security service. It is necessary to remove the restrictions for online payment (online payment) and repeat the payment operation through the website again.
