DELIVERY METHODS

Pickup
from the store
We are always glad to welcome

can try on a suit, accessory, and pay for it on the spot. Warn about your visit
so that the product you are interested in is in stock at the office.

Delivery
across Ukraine
Delivery across Ukraine is
carried out by the courier service "Nova Poshta" and
"Ukrposhta".
Delivery cost - according to
the carrier's tariffs. Delivery times are from 1 to 5 days. Sending on the same
day when ordering before 12:00, the next day when ordering after 12:00. In case
of refusal of the goods (except in the case of detection of a defect), the
client pays the cost of delivery in both directions. We ask you to inspect the
order in the department, since the signature on the document of the transport
company " Nova Poshta " or "Ukrposhta" indicates that the
goods have been examined and accepted on your part.

Delivery
across Kiev
Delivery is carried out
according to the carrier's tariffs, courier services (the next day) or a taxi
service (day to day). In case of refusal from the goods (except in the case of
a defect), the client pays the shipping cost.

Delivery is carried out by the service "Ukrposhta" Sending Air. Delivery time from 7 to 14 days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the carrier's tariffs, depending on the number of suits and the recipient country. We are responsible for the parcel, we track its movements until the client receives the goods. After the parcel is shipped, we provide a tracking number to track your order.
4.2. Express
Delivery is carried out by courier service "UPS Express", "FedEx", "EMS" Sending Air. Delivery time from 3 to 5 days. Shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the carrier's tariffs, depending on the number of suits and the recipient country. We are responsible for the parcel, we track its movements until the client receives the goods. After the parcel is shipped, we provide a tracking number to track your order.
PAYMENT METHODS

Payment
upon receipt
You can always pay for your
purchase in cash in our showroom at the address: Kiev, st. Ivan Vyhovsky 3,
office 401 or when ordering delivery in Ukraine by the transport companies
"New Mail" or "Ukrposhta" at the time of receipt of the
parcel. At the stage of ordering, select the payment method "Payment upon
receipt". The cost of the cash on delivery service is 30 UAH + 2% of the
transfer amount ("Carrier's" commission). To avoid such a commission,
we recommend that you pay for the goods using the "Transfer to card"
or "Online payment on the site" method.

Transfer
to card
You can pay for the goods by
transferring funds to a PrivatBank or Monobank card. When placing an order,
select the item "Transfer to a card" and after placing an order, our
manager will contact you to clarify the details of payment.

Online
payment on the site
At the stage of ordering,
select the payment method "Online payment on the site" and click the
button "Confirm order" after which you will be redirected to the
payment page.

Payment errors
There are several reasons why
a payment might not go through. The first and most common is that the card data
was entered incorrectly. Try to repeat the operation again. In case the payment
fails again, please contact your bank. Perhaps the card does not have enough
funds, or it is not intended for payments on the Internet, or is limited for
transactions by the bank's security service. It is necessary to remove the
restrictions for online payment (online payment) and repeat the payment
operation through the website again.

Cashless
payments for legal entities
We work with budgetary
organizations, legal entities. and physical persons by bank transfer, we
provide all the necessary documents. At the stage of ordering, select the
payment method "Cashless payments for legal entities". After placing
an order, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the invoice
and contract. We send original documents with wet stamps for payment. Your
accountant will be able to pay the bill at any convenient branch of the bank.
