Shipping Policy

Processing time
All costumes and accessories are handmade. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. During peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas) processing may take a little longer – we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Where we ship from
We ship worldwide from two warehouses:
• EU warehouse – Portugal and Poland. Orders within the European Union ship without customs or import duties.
• US warehouse – Minnesota. Orders within the USA ship domestically, without import duties.

Each item ships from the warehouse where it is in stock. If it's available in both, we ship from the warehouse that can send your whole order together and is closest to you. Some items are only in one warehouse, so an order to Europe may come from the USA, or an order to the USA may come from Portugal. At checkout you always see where your order ships from, the delivery time and the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated by the total weight of your order and the destination. Orders to Portugal from our EU warehouse ship free. US orders from our US warehouse ship for €5, or free from €60. Full rates for every destination are on our Shipping & Delivery page: kostumi.store/pages/shipping

Delivery times (business days after the order ships)
• Within the EU (from our EU warehouse): Standard 3–5 days, Express 2–3 days
• Within the USA (from our US warehouse): Standard 3–5 days, Express 2–3 days
• EU warehouse to the UK and USA: Standard 4–6 days, Express 2–4 days
• US warehouse to the EU and UK: Standard 4–5 days, Express 2–4 days
• Canada, Australia and other countries: Standard 5–12 days, Express 3–8 days, depending on the warehouse

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & import duties
• Within the EU (from our EU warehouse): no customs, no import duties.
• Within the USA (from our US warehouse): no import duties.
• From our EU warehouse to the USA: US import duties are already included in the shipping price. You pay nothing extra on delivery.
• All other international shipments (for example the UK, Canada, Japan or Australia, and US warehouse orders to Europe): import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country on delivery. These are set by local customs and paid by the buyer.

Large and wholesale orders
Ordering several costumes for an event, team, theatre or costume rental? Contact us before ordering – we'll check stock in both warehouses and calculate the best route and shipping price for you.

Delays
We do our best to meet estimated delivery times, but occasional delays can happen due to carriers, customs processing or busy seasons. We can't guarantee exact delivery dates – if you need your order by a specific date, write to us before ordering.
