We ship worldwide from two warehouses. At checkout you will always see where your order ships from, the delivery time and the exact shipping price, before you pay.
Where we ship from
- EU warehouse — Portugal and Poland. Orders within the European Union ship with no customs and no import duties.
- US warehouse — Minnesota, USA. Orders within the USA ship domestically, with no import duties.
Each item ships from the warehouse where it is in stock. If an item is available in both, we send it from the warehouse that can ship your whole order together, closest to you. Some items are only in stock in one warehouse, so an order to Europe may ship from the USA, or an order to the USA from Portugal. The shipping option at checkout always says "ships from EU" or "ships from USA".
Not sure where your item will ship from, or need it by a certain date? Please message us before ordering and we will check stock and the best route for you.
Shipping prices
Prices are in euros and depend on the total weight of your order, including packaging. At checkout they are shown in your local currency.
