Handmade white cotton chemise with delicate lace trim and elasticated neckline and cuffs — a light, airy peasant blouse that works on its own or layered under a corset, pinafore or medieval gown. A versatile base piece for Renaissance faires, cottagecore looks, LARP and fantasy costumes. Made from soft, lightweight 100% cotton batiste — a fine, delicate, breathable fabric with a gentle sheer quality. Please note the batiste is intentionally light and airy rather than heavy or opaque, which is what gives the blouse its soft, floaty drape.

WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL 100% cotton batiste — fine, soft and breathable. Elasticated neckline and cuffs — stretch to fit and sit comfortably off or on the shoulder. Lovely lace trim at neckline and sleeves. Relaxed, oversized fit with a light, floaty drape. Adjustable ties for a customised look. Wears alone or layered under corsets, gowns and pinafores.

SIZING — available in XS/S and M/L The elasticated neckline and cuffs stretch, so each size fits a comfortable range. This is a relaxed, oversized style meant to sit loose.

XS/S (EU 34–38 / US 4–8):

  • Bust (relaxed) fits up to approx. 100 cm / 39",
  • Length (shoulder to hem) approx. 60 cm / 23.5",
  • Sleeve length approx. 30 cm / 12".

M/L (EU 38–44 / US 8–14):

  • Bust (relaxed) fits up to approx. 120 cm / 47",
  • Length (shoulder to hem) approx. 63 cm / 25",
  • Sleeve length approx. 32 cm / 12.5".

Because the fit is loose and elasticated, if you're between sizes either will work — size down for a closer fit, up for extra room. Message us if unsure.

CARE Handwash or gentle cycle in cold water. Do not tumble dry. Iron on low if needed. Being fine cotton batiste, handle gently.
