Shipping Policy

Processing time
All costumes and accessories are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your item to be made and prepared for shipment before it ships. During peak seasons (Halloween, holidays) processing may take a little longer — we'll always keep you updated if there's a delay.

Where we ship from
We have fulfillment locations across the USA and the European Union. Your order ships from whichever location is closest to your destination country, so it reaches you as quickly as possible.

Shipping time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your destination country.

Total time to receive your order
Processing (1–3 business days) + shipping (4–7 business days) = your item usually arrives within 5–10 business days from order date, in most cases.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & import duties
For international orders outside the shipping origin country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays can happen due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-volume seasons (hello, spooky season 🎃). We're not able to guarantee exact delivery dates, but we're always here to help if something looks off.
